This is the message being delivered by the Charity Finance Group (CFG) in its recent report on the impact of Brexit on charities.
CFG is calling on the government to adopt a six-point plan to create a better outcome for the sector. The organisation’s recommendations to government include securing complete freedom for the UK to change VAT rules, to ensure services are funded to the same level that they are currently funded by the EU and for the UK to remain able to flexibly pool resources to access EU funds in key areas such as international aid.
